Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
Return Shipping: We provide pre-paid return shipping labels at no cost to you. Whether you have changed your mind or the item is defective, The Greware™ covers 100% of the return shipping expenses.
Important: Please contact us before sending your item back. Do not ship returns to our business address without receiving return instructions.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Please contact us first to confirm availability and receive return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Used, worn, or altered items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval status
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless store credit is requested
- Processing time is 3–5 business days after approval
- Banks or payment providers may require additional time to post the refund
