We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as when received
- In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at contact@thegreware.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide detailed return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for returns within the United States.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging and include all tags, labels, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a different product or size, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returned items are covered by Greware for U.S. returns using the prepaid label.
- For international returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@thegreware.com with a photo of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
